Green CAC = choice, high-end, and possibly under-graded. Fussy CAC has approved just 4% of all 1875 proof halves certified by PCGS and NGC. Much rarer than most other proofs of the type. Mintage 700, some melted, spent, buried, lost, etc. Many tallied in the population reports (including CAC's) are resubmissions or crossovers of the same coins.
