Dramatically Recut Date (84 Recut North, 44 Recut South). The 8 is repunched north; the upper loop of an early 8 plainly shows between the loops of the prominent 8. The first 4 is tripled, remnants of earlier punching shows above the four and below the crossbar. The last 4 plainly shows signs of an earlier punching above the digit.
