Comment: By process of elimination, this appears to be the Confederate States of America W-11. 5: Date slants up steeply (only 3 obverse dies have this). No EDS tine left of 1 top. Die crack from denticles to nose extremely faint (due to die state and/or fade from water exposure).
No late die state diagnostic die crack from rock support. E: Large O mintmark extremely high and left. Bold halo fades with die state (and water exposure).
